Fees

Payment is required at the time of your consultation.

We accept payment by EFTPOS or credit card.

Late Notice Fee

If you cannot attend an appointment or wish to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. A late notice will incur a late fee.

Medicare Rebate

With an appropriate referral, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $129.55 when you see a Clinical Psychologist.

Eligibility for a Medicare Rebate is determined by your GP or Psychiatrist and is based on your diagnosis. Most conditions are included such as anxiety and depression. If you are eligible, you will require a referral from a GP or Psychiatrist prior to your initial appointment with me. This referral will enable you to access up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The referral is valid for up to six sessions, after the sixth session you will need to see your doctor again for a review and to determine whether a referral is required for further sessions. Your doctor can provide further information and discuss your eligibility and referral options.

Private Health Insurance

Depending on your level of insurance cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate through your health insurance provider. Please check your eligibility before attending your first appointment. If you have used the maximum number of medicare eligible sessions per year (10), you may then consider a private health insurance rebate depending on your level of cover. Please advise me at the time of booking your appointment that you intend to claim a rebate from your private health fund.

Please note – Medicare does not allow you to claim through Medicare and your private health fund for the same session.
